**Job Description: Co-Teacher (All Subjects)**

**Position**: Co-Teacher
**Reporting to**: Academic Coordinator / Subject Heads
**Location**: Kailash Education Services, 684-D, Model Town Extension, Ludhiana
**Subjects Supported**: Mathematics, Science, Social Science, English
**Grade Levels**: Class 6-10

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Academic Support**
- Assist main teachers in delivering lessons for Maths, Science, SST, and English
- Clarify concepts for students during and after class
- Conduct small-group or individual doubt sessions
- Reinforce lessons through guided practice and revision

**Student Engagement**
- Encourage participation, especially from hesitant or struggling students
- Listen to students' answers and guide them in framing responses
- Monitor classwork and homework completion

**Coordination with Teachers**
- Share feedback about student progress and learning gaps
- Assist in planning and executing remedial classes or revisions

**Classroom Management**
- Help maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
- Support in organizing learning materials, notes, and resources

**Assessment & Feedback**
- Help check classwork, notebooks, and practice tests
- Maintain records of student performance for teacher review

**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline
- Passion for teaching and learning
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to work in coordination with a team of educators

**Preferred Qualities**
- Energetic, patient, and student-friendly
- Organized and proactive
- Willing to adapt and learn teaching methodologies

Pay: ₹9,615.65 - ₹20,000.00 per month
