- Teach core subjects like English, Math, EVS, Hindi, etc. as per the class level.
- Prepare daily lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
- Use age-appropriate teaching methods and activities.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Take daily attendance and ensure student safety in class.
- Focus on foundational skills: reading, writing, speaking, numbers.
- Use worksheets, storytelling, activities, and practical learning.
- Identify slow learners and provide extra support.
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and good habits.
- Participate in assemblies, festivals, and school events.
- Help with co-curricular activities and competitions.
- Follow school rules, timings, and reporting formats.
- Coordinate with other teachers and the school coordinator.
