**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Content Creation**:
Develop original content for various platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and video scripts.

Write engaging and informative scripts for TV shows, web series, advertisements, and corporate videos.

**2. Scriptwriting**:
Create scripts that are well-structured, engaging, and tailored to the target audience.

Collaborate with directors, producers, and other creative team members to ensure the script aligns with the vision of the project.

**3. Language Proficiency**:
Write and edit content fluently in English and Hindi.

Ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance in all written materials.

**4. Research**:
Conduct thorough research to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of content.

Stay updated with industry trends and audience preferences in the relevant languages.

**5. Editing and Proofreading**:
Review and revise content to ensure clarity, coherence, and consistency.

Proofread scripts and content to eliminate grammatical, typographical, and stylistic errors.

**6. Collaboration**:
Work closely with marketing, design, and production teams to develop content strategies and execute projects effectively.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for content and scripts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Literature, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in content writing and scriptwriting.
- Proficiency in English & Hindi (both verbal and written).
- Strong storytelling and creative writing skills.
- Excellent research, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with various content management systems and digital media platforms is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in writing for multiple media formats such as TV, web, and advertising.
- Write and edit content fluently in English & Hindi
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Understanding of audience engagement metrics and strategies.
- Ability to adapt writing style to different target audiences

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
