*Position Overview:*

*Responsibilities:*

1. *Content Creation:*
- Develop well-researched and compelling content in Hindi and English that aligns with our brand's voice, values, and SEO guidelines.
- Produce a variety of content types, including articles, blog posts, website copy, social media content, and more.
- Ensure content is engaging, informative, and tailored to our target audience.

2. *SEO Optimization:*
- Incorporate relevant keywords and phrases naturally into the content to maximize search engine visibility.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to implement on-page optimization strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with SEO trends and best practices to continually enhance content performance.

3. *Research:*
- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to generate ideas and gather relevant information.
- Fact-check and verify information to maintain accuracy and credibility in all content.

4. *Content Planning:*
- Assist in the development of content calendars and schedules to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with ongoing campaigns and initiatives.

5. *Editing and Proofreading:*
- Review and edit content for clarity, style, grammar, and spelling.
- Ensure all content adheres to the brand's tone and style guidelines.

6. *Analytics and Reporting:*
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and provide insights to refine content strategies.
- Make data-driven adjustments to content to improve engagement and conversion rates.

*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably with a focus on SEO content.
- Strong command of both Hindi and English languages, with exceptional writing and grammar skills.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
- Ability to conduct thorough research on various topics.
- Detail-oriented with excellent editing and proofreading skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
