**Position**: Supervisor (Cable Manufacturing Company)

**Location**:Saudi Arabia

**Salary**:Negotiable

**Experience**: 10 years experience at supervisory level with any graduation or diploma qualifications

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Oversight**: Supervise daily operations in the cable manufacturing department, ensuring smooth production and adherence to schedules.
- **Team Management**: Lead, train, and motivate a team of operators and technicians, ensuring they perform efficiently and maintain a high standard of work.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor and enforce quality standards throughout the production process, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously assess production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce all safety procedures, ensuring that the work environment is safe and complies with health and safety regulations.
- **Troubleshooting**: Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and coordinating necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee material usage and maintain inventory levels for production materials, ensuring the timely availability of supplies.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit daily/weekly production reports to management, including progress updates, production rates, and any issues encountered.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or degree in manufacturing or engineering is a plus.
- **Experience**: At least 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in cable production or a similar industry.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.27 per month
