**Salary**: 240000p.a to 300000p.a.

**Job Description**:

- Execute payment transactions by accurately processing invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Verify payment details, such as invoice accuracy, payment terms, and supplier information, to ensure compliance and minimize errors.
- Review and reconcile payment discrepancies or issues, collaborating with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and relevant departments to resolve them promptly.
- Monitor and prioritize payment schedules to ensure timely and accurate payments, taking into account payment terms, due dates, and cash flow considerations.
- Prepare and maintain payment records, documentation, and reports to ensure accurate and transparent financial records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Procurement, and Accounts Receivable, to streamline payment processes and drive efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to payment processing, suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk.
- Handle supplier inquiries and provide exceptional customer service, addressing payment-related queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of payment-related policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal guidelines

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
