Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script.
- Present products or services to potential customers and answer their questions.
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to secure sales or appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, sales, and follow-up activities in the company's database.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Follow all scripts, policies, and procedures provided by the company.
- Handle objections and rejection professionally and persistently.
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns or trends.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
- Adhere to all regulations and laws governing telemarketing practices, including Do Not Call lists.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred but not always required.

This job can be challenging due to rejection and objections from customers, but it can also be rewarding for individuals with strong communication and sales skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
