**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Spatial Planning Assistance that includes land use, zoning, infrastructure, transportation, and community development plans.
- Develop viable and detailed action plans, formulating strategies, financial plans, and project phases.
- Facilitating the documentation of proceedings at stakeholder meetings and workshops.
- Prepare reports, planning documents, presentations, and other materials to communicate planning concepts and recommendations.
- Managing information requests, correspondence, conference calls, and meeting schedules.
- Support content creation and organisation of capacity-building workshops.
- Preparing materials associated with publication and knowledge management functions at CUPP.
- Assist senior experts and the leadership team in group discussions, roundtables, and similar activities.
- Creating work plans, staffing schedules, project timelines, and managing meetings.
- Overseeing work or contracts, including tracking and reporting progress.
- Contributing to social media by developing content and showcasing the Center's work to a broader audience.

**Attributes**:

- Master’s degree in urban planning, urban design, or related fields from a recognised Indian or
international university.
- Experience in urban planning, development, policy analysis, urban design, land regulations, land pooling schemes, and brownfield development.
- Experience in working with government agencies, and other public stakeholders.
- Familiarity with current government initiatives in urban planning, design, and development.
- Ability to collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong proficiency in written communication in English.
- Ability to present complex ideas and narratives clearly and concisely in writing, presentations, and speech.
- Strong ability to assess task details with organisation and independent thinking.
- Proficient in GIS, Adobe Suite, presentation tools, Excel (or equivalent for statistical analysis), and graphic/visual communication software.

**Experience**: 8-10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 6 years after pursuing postgraduate education.
