**Key Responsibilities**:
Maintain a customer-centric approach, seeking to understand and address their concerns while working towards bill resolution.

**Negotiating Payment Arrangements**:Assess customers' financial situations to determine the feasibility of payment.
Negotiate and establish reasonable payment arrangements that align with the customer's ability to pay and meet company expectations.

**Providing Information and Assistance**:Educate customers on billing policies, procedures, and available payment options.
Offer assistance and guidance to help customers navigate the billing process and understand outstanding balances.

**Maintaining Records**:Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, negotiations, and agreements.
Document relevant information, including payment commitments, changes in payment schedules, and any customer feedback.

**Collaboration**:Work collaboratively with internal billing and finance teams to address billing discrepancies and resolve complex issues.
Provide regular updates to management on bill recovery efforts and escalate issues as needed.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
