Currently we have an urgent opening for **Logistic Executive.**

The job profile is mentioned below:
**Role**: **Logistic Executive**

**Job Location**: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

**Salary**: 20k - 25k (per month)

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Reporting to**: HOD

**Education**: Any Graduate

(With Supply chain / material management / professional degree / engineering background will be preferred)

**Experience**: 2-4 years handling engineering Logistics

**Languages Known**:English must, Local language, Hindi
- Mail (Every Wednesday) various departments for their weekly Vehicle Requirement and ensure the same is received by next day.
- Ensure availability of Vehicle as per the requirement and do proper planning for same
Daily live tracking of all vehicles / drivers & give timely updating in groups.
- Monitor vehicle loading as per packing list.
- Coordinate for all paperwork related to loading.
- Coordinate at site for timely unloading & get confirmation for 100% receipt of material.
- Mail acknowledged copy of all material delivered to commercial and operations department.
Take quotations for placing Outside Vehicle / Courier Dispatches.
- Make work order in CRM and mail it to transporter before placing the vehicle.
- All Paperwork co-ordination with the transporter.
- Ensure timely availability of Hydra as and when required.
- Handover of required documents for demobilization to operations team along with the blank.
- Execute All Work Related Outside Vehicle(Ex. Work Order ,Invoice Submission, Payment Follow Up, Acknowledge Paper Checking)
Handling Vehicle Details.
- All Reports Should Be Sent To Management, On A Weekly Basis.
- Maintaining Toll & Police Record.
- Placing Vehicle For Outside Project.
