Offload Process Pvt Ltd is International BPO servicing mainly Australian based clients and now expanding to US & UK market. We provide services like quantifying sales leads, taking orders, responding to ad inquiries, market research, or general information requests, or internal processes like accounts, book keeping, after sale support, technical support, customer service, data entry, status follow-up with supplier’s subcontractors, managing appointments. Other services offered are Search Engine optimization, Social Media Marketing & Google AdWords

**Designation**: **Hubspot CRM & Marketing platform Expert -**

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Configure the system to match the design.
- Manage the migration of configurations across instances.
- Assist other teams with understanding the functional impact of various configuration options.
- Participate in testing of the configured / customised components.
- Develop and manage tactical campaign plan and calendar.
- Produce and manage content for newsletters, social media and ads.
- Creative concept development and copywriting.
- Set up and manage online campaigns and advertising (SEO, SEM, retargeting).
- Track performance data from campaigns to measure success and incorporate learnings in future campaigns.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to management on campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with inside sales and marketing to ensure sales targets are met.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Available for immediate joining.
- Must have experience of minimum 4-5 years working in Hubspot CRM and marketing platform.
- Should have user interface marketing cloud experience.
- Have knowledge of Implementation of data base between CRM and marketing cloud.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social marketing, google analytics and web analytics.
- Knowledge of content marketing, conversion and customer retention.
- Web design/development technical skills and experience advantageous.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

**Salary**: 2 - 5 lakhs/ annum

**Workweek : Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:30 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM - 2:30PM**
