**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coaching and Development**:

- Plan and conduct effective practice sessions.
- Develop game strategies and player skills.
- Provide individual and team instruction, feedback, and encouragement.
- **Team Management**:

- Organize and supervise all aspects of the football program, including practices and games.
- Manage team logistics, including scheduling, transportation, and equipment.
- Foster a positive team culture that promotes inclusivity, respect, and sportsmanship.
- **Player Development**:

- Identify and nurture talent, helping players reach their full potential.
- Monitor players' physical and mental well-being, providing guidance as needed.
- Encourage academic excellence and personal growth alongside athletic development.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with other coaches, athletic staff, and school administration.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding player development and team activities.
- Promote the football program within the school and local community.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures during practices and games.
- Maintain compliance with school and district athletic policies.
- Stay informed on the latest coaching techniques, safety guidelines, and sport-specific rules.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous coaching experience, preferably at the high school or collegiate level.
- Strong knowledge of football techniques, strategies, and rules.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or related field preferred.
- Relevant coaching certifications are a plus.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to participate in practice and games, including demonstrating skills and drills.
- Physical stamina to engage in long hours of coaching activities.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
