**SALARY**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide technical support to team members across the company on a variety of software, hardware, and networking issues.
- Ensure all support tickets are triaged, answered, logged, and resolved on a timely basis.
- Set up and manage user workstations, laptops, printers, networks, peripherals, software updates, etc.
- Program and support internal phone systems, building technology, WAPs, firewalls, switches, access systems, etc.
- Support common user software like Office 365, Outlook, Egnyte, Teams, Zoom, Concur, etc.
- Perform virus, spyware, and adware scans.
- Troubleshoot printer, copier, and scanner problems.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Related Field.
- 5-7 years’ experience as Help Desk/Call Center/IT Technician.
- Knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
- Working knowledge of operating systems, PCs, laptops, hardware, Office 365 Admin, basic networking concepts, watchguard firewalls, computer peripherals including printers, scanners, wired and wireless network cards and media devices.
- Strong problem resolution and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Preferred experience in multifamily industry.
