**Job Title and Designation: Executive Civil, Projects and Engineering**

**Educational Qualifications & total years of Experience - BE Civil, 5-6 Years**

**Languages required: English, Hindi.**

**Job purpose**:Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Validate the drawings & civil BOQs with respect to specs & design.
- Plan & review civil progress at various sites.
- Supervision of construction work being executed by contractor.
- Monitoring of quality and keeping various records.
- Check and certify bills for work completed.
- Co-ordinate with various units & site for completion of projects.
- Obtain quotations; engage in negotiations, handing over to commercial and PO release.
- Co-ordinate with Architect & contractors for project delivery.
- Keep record of drawings, design changes, minutes of meetings etc.
- Ensure proper specification & drawings released to site.
- Ensure all safety practices are followed by contractor.
- Prepare punch list and ensure that all points are attended by contractor.
- Prepare estimate & costing sheet for raising CIR.

**Job essential**:

- Understanding of industrial Green field project.
- Strong planning and co-ordination skill.
- Skill in the field of estimating & costing
- Proficiency in MS Project & AUTOCAD.
- Understanding of drawing, design and civil specs.
