**Civil Operations Executive**

To plan and integrate the operations of an organization and optimize resource utilisation. To monitor and maintain operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities**

1. Implement effective operational processes and standards. By overseeing production
- budgeting, reporting, planning and forecasting.

2. Optimize the use of time and team while reducing operating costs.

3. Identify and address operational problems and opportunities for the company.

4. Responsible for liaising between production, sales, engineering and procurement teams for effective utilisation of resources to maximise operational efficiency.

5. Plan and schedule resource utilisation to minimise cost and wastage and maximise output.

6. Responsible for production department’s manpower planning and resource requirements.

7. Provide detail planning and scheduling for production, stock and dispatch of products.

8. Overseeing compliance with production planning, stock planning, procurement planning and reporting on operational progress.

9. Support production team communication with the management team.

10. Support procurement team to optimise purchases and improve working capital.

11. Provide professional communication, both verbally and written; ensuring a high degree of accuracy at all times in all communications.

12. Assisting in quotation of mould procurement and design.

13. Authorization of invoices for mould manufacture.

14. Follow up with mould manufacturer for timely delivery.

15. Authorization of testing of materials for mould manufacturing. Assistance in approval of materials to ensure quality.

**Professional Requirements**
- Education
- Degree Level: Bachelors
- Field of Study: Bachelor’s in civil engineering (construction management).
- Previous Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field.
- Technical Skills: interpersonal skills and strong grasp of resource planning concepts.
- Knowledge of precast products.
- Knowledge of conflict management and interpersonal skills.
