**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies**:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote Dotbotics' products and services.
- Align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure consistency in branding across all digital platforms.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and create content for the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor brand presence on social media.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & SEM**:

- Optimize website content for search engines and manage SEO campaigns to drive organic traffic.
- Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) and monitor performance.
- **Content Creation & Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the content team to create blog posts, infographics, videos, and other content to engage audiences.
- Ensure that content is aligned with SEO and SEM strategies.
- Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics to refine future campaigns.
- **Website Management**:

- Monitor and update the company website, ensuring the user experience is optimized.
- Work with web developers to implement necessary changes and improvements.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track and analyze the performance of all digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.
- Provide detailed reports to management on campaign performance, website traffic, and other key metrics.
- **Collaborate with Sales Team**:

- Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing campaigns with sales objectives and optimize lead generation efforts.
- **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company stays competitive.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Experience in content creation and managing social media platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (required)
