As an Junior Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Your role will involve maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes. Should be well versed with Tally Prime.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Transactions Management**: Process and record financial transactions such as invoices, payments, and expenses. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions using accounting software or spreadsheets. Verify and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

**Financial Reporting and Analysis**:Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by providing financial insights and recommendations.

**Compliance and Audit**: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies. Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits by providing documentation and support. Implement controls to safeguard financial assets and prevent fraud.

**Vendor and Customer Management**: Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely payments and resolving any billing discrepancies. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to manage customer accounts, process payments, and resolve billing inquiries.

**Financial Planning and Strategy**: Assist in developing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts based on business objectives and market trends. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business growth.

**Cash Handling**: Supervise cashiers and cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Conduct daily reconciliations of cash registers, verifying transactions and ensuring that cash balances match receipts.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
