Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be on selling our products/services, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

**Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and outreach.

**Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:Conduct compelling product/service presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition to potential clients.
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings to address the needs of clients.

**Negotiation and Closing**:Collaborate with prospects to understand their requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

**Relationship Building**:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' businesses and providing solutions to enhance their success.

**Market Research**:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

**Sales Reporting**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to the sales manager.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive and persistent approach.
- Understanding of client needs.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
