We are looking to hire "sales Development Representative"

**Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and engage in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and challenges.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand off qualified opportunities and ensure a smooth transition through the sales pipeline.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, update customer information, and report on sales activities and outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to effectively position our products/services.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and processes through ongoing training, feedback, and self-development initiatives.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Requirements:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented mindset and self-motivated with a passion for achieving results.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while also independently managing your workload.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

**Required Skills**:

- 2+ years of experience in software service sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Proficiency with Sales Navigator and other tools prospecting tools
