**Job brief**:
**Responsibilities**
- Good experience as a Recruiter (at least 6 months - 2 years in UK/EU/US staffing)
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Experience in Contract/Permanent hiring.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Good knowledge of UK tax terms & GDPR.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Good communication skills
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- UK/EU OR US IT Recruiting: 1 year (required)
- Recruiting: 1 year (required)
