1. **Customer Interaction**

2. **Issue Resolution**
- Identify and resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot problems and provide appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to higher management when needed.

3. **Product and Service Knowledge**
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services.
- Explain features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Stay updated on new products, policies, or system changes.

4. **Order and Account Management**
- Assist customers with placing, tracking, or canceling orders.
- Help with account setup, updates, or password resets.
- Process refunds, returns, or exchanges according to company policy.

5. **Documentation and Record Keeping**
- Accurately log customer interactions and transactions in the CRM or system.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records for future reference.

6. **Feedback and Follow-up**
- Collect customer feedback and suggestions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
- Notify teams of recurring issues for process improvement.

7. **Adherence to Policies**
- Follow all customer service procedures and standards.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, data privacy, and security policies.

8. **Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with other departments (sales, technical support, logistics).
- Share insights and suggestions to enhance service delivery.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
