**What you’ll be doing...**

This job is a hybrid position, with the primary responsibility for driving support in
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of our platform
- for new builds with internal clients and understand how to turn marketing requests
- Participating in on-call rotations to provide support for production systems.
- Leveraging telecom or e-commerce domain knowledge to effectively troubleshoot
- errors whether on the server -side or code-base related
- Contributing to development efforts by writing code and implementing new features (added advantage).
- Staying up-to-date with the technologies and best practices.

**What we’re looking for**:
**You'll need to have**:

- Extensive experience with Next.js, Node.js, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, React.js
- Extensive experience with GitHub (or GitLab/BitBucket) and Jira (or Jira-like
- Experience with Contentstack CMS (or relevant experience with a MACH CMS)
- Non-SQL databases experience (Mongo, Redis, etc)
- Experience with Web performance tools (New Relic, Lighthouse, GTmetrix, etc)
- Availability to be on-call with a stable internet connection

**Even better if you have one or more of the following**:

- Experience with AWS EC2 and IAM
- GitHub administration
- Disaster recovery procedures and troubleshooting
- Security software - ZAP, Tenable
- Catchpoint or other monitoring software experience

**Where you’ll be working**

In this hybrid role, you will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
