**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging lessons, case studies, and project work in accordance with the syllabus.
- Evaluate and assess student performance through assignments, exams, and projects.
- Mentor students on academic and professional matters.
- Participate actively in research, contributing to academic publications and presenting at conferences.
- Collaborate with industry professionals to arrange guest lectures, internships, and live projects.
- Contribute to academic administrative tasks, including committee participation and curriculum development.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Master’s Degree** in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in **Human Resource Management** or an equivalent qualification.
- **2-5 years** of teaching or industry experience in HRM.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
