Dear Professional,

We are hiring for the role of **Customer Care Executive / Inside Sales Executive** for a leading **Transport / Logistics **at **AHMEDABAD**
- Should know some as aspects Tally but Microsoft Excel thoroughly.
- Should be able to take Target Based Work. Business generation is of primary importance.
- Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation. - Coordination with Vehicles & Internal teams for movement and loading.
- Should know How to manage E-way Bill, their expiry and their due dates.
