**Work Days = **Monday to Friday Job

**Week off = **Saturday & Sunday.

**Hours of work** =10 Hours

**Break =**1 Hour (inclusive of work hours)

**Stipend = **NA

**Qualification **= Graduation or Post Graduation or in the last semester of either.

**SUMMARY: -**

² Grammatical and fluency in English is a must.

**ROLE: - **To handle end-to-end US Healthcare recruitment cycle of clients in the US-for All time zones..

**TRAINING: -** On the Job training (One-on-one/Group training/Mentoring to gain industry knowledge and learn recruiting tactics.) _**Salary is also provided during the training period**_.

**COMPENSATION: -** Industry parity compensation packages with an attractive commission structure

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Ø Will be working on Pharma/Healthcare Direct client requirements on a day-to-day basis.

Ø Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Healthcare clients in the US.

Ø Thoroughly understanding and working on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.

Ø Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
