**Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor**

**Location**: Sector 2 HSR Layout

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our coworking spaces. This role involves overseeing daily cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of hygiene, managing supplies, and delivering excellent service to our members.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the housekeeping team, ensuring cleanliness and organization in all areas.
- Maintain and Record Housekeeping attendance and their active and Inactive lists.
- Perform regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards in offices, meeting rooms, lounges, kitchens, and restrooms.
- Should carry the skills of Building management and Handling of Blue collar employees.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock of cleaning supplies.
- Address member requests for special cleaning or maintenance needs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including safe use of cleaning products.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth facility operations and enhance member experience.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in housekeeping or facilities management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
