**What We’re Looking For**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, launch, and optimize **Google Search Ads** for our ecommerce products.
- Conduct **keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting** to maximize conversions.
- Write high-converting **ad copies** and optimize product feed data.
- Monitor **budgets, bids, and campaign performance** to ensure profitability.
- Analyze data (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align ads with promotions and sales goals.

**Requirements**:
Minimum **6 months of hands-on experience** in **Google Ads (Search Campaigns) for ecommerce**.
Proven track record of managing **profitable search campaigns** (Shopping Ads experience is a plus).
Strong understanding of **Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and ROAS optimization**.
Ability to work independently in a **remote setup** with mínimal supervision.
Analytical mindset with a focus on **driving sales, not just traffic**.
Willingness to **grow long-term** with the company and take on more responsibilities over time.
