We are looking for a Motion Designer with 3-5 Years of experience, having worked with or for communication design agencies, who can help us elevate our Brand experience work, storytelling through motion, and help create extraordinary motion native work.
- Conceptualize, design, and create visually stunning motion graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and video content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and production, to develop engaging visual content that aligns with our brand strategy and objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and tools to ensure that our motion graphics remain fresh, innovative, and relevant.
- Provide creative direction and support to junior designers and team members as needed.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Continuously enhance and refine skills in animation, motion design, and visual storytelling

**Qualification & Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in motion graphics design, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition.
- Demonstrated experience with 2D animation techniques, as well as video editing and sound design.
- Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in the company and with various business contacts outside of the company in a professional manner
- Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Must be able to multi-task to meet strict deadlines while maintaining a high quality of work
- Self-Learner, courteous and professional demeanor
- Technically proficient and meticulous with accuracy and detail
- Must be a team player

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Adobe After Effects: 2 years (preferred)
- Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (preferred)
- Motion graphics: 2 years (preferred)
