**Responsibilities**:
1Fixed Assets Management

1. Booking of assets in SAP

2. Tracking of Capex approval vs caepx spent

3. Assets codification

4. Closely monitoring of CWIP - timely caplitalization and capex closure

5. Physcial verification of assets alongwith Auditors

2Customer Tooling

1. Maintain Tooling Tracker and timely ensure invoicing to Customers

2. Proper tracking of Tooling exp vs PTA approval

3Account Payable control & Misc Work

1. Check supplementry bills of supplier for price increase and credit note for price decrease/ discount with proper supporting and working

2. Review of AP ageing and Debit Balances

3. Tracking of MSME, E- invoicing, Tax compliacne documentation of Vendors

4Contractors, Freight, Import Bills and misc Bills

1.Pass all contractors bills ,freight bills, Import bills and other misc bills alongwith proper & relevant supporting documents and statutory compliance in respect of TDS, ESI and GST. 2. Update Freight Register 3. Pepare cost sheet for import bills and update CIF Sheet 4. Ensure all contracts/ POs are in place alongwith the updated contracts list

5TDS

1.Computation of TDS on salary based on declaration from employees and available investments proofs ,2. Reconciliation of monthly TDS and correct deposit of monhtly TDS, 3. Quarterly filing of TDS Return and filing of TDS correction return 4. Issuance of TDS certificate Form 16A on quarterly basis & Form 27D to Customer against TCS(quartely)

6MIS

1. Monhtly accuruals of payroll and Upload payroll in SAP

2. Proper tracking of Monthly accurals

3. Transfer of expense from Prepaid account

4. Finalisation of Trial Balance

5. Other Misc work related to MIS

6. Verfication of Stayahead savings

7Balance Sheet

1. Co-ordination with Internal and Statotory Auditors

2. Balance Sheet details

Qualifications:
B.Com/MBA or CA Inter
