- Field Sales Executive
- Location: Onsite at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue within the Indore region.
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and sales presentations.
- Maintain and expand the client database within the assigned territory.
- Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align marketing campaigns and sales efforts for maximum efficiency.
- Gather feedback from customers and share with the internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product improvement.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts, ensuring that all sales metrics are being met.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Analytics and Business Catalyst techniques and technologies.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a field sales executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, preferably with a working knowledge of Salesforce Analytics.
- Proficiency in using Business Catalyst for marketing and sales campaigns.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Fluent in English and Hindi, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
