**Job Title : Executive - CCS**

**Reporting to : Department Head**

**Location : Bilaspur**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the student master database across key educational work ex parameters for final placements and summer internships.
- Manage participating recruiter database across key matrices.
- Manage student participation database in all recruitment related activities and events.
- Maintain data to keep track of student aberrations and inform concerned authorized for relevant action from time to time.
- Manage the logistics for any placements related activity/ CCS event being conducted on campus and off campus.
- Generate weekly, monthly and annual placement related reports for the consumption of internal stakeholders using MS office.
- Close coordination with the Program Office/Admin Staff/IT Team/ placement committees for CCS managed activities to be successful; such as but not limited to guest lectures, written tests, assignments and interviews corporate events etc.
- Manage and update the placements tracker.
- Share meaningful insights as and when required for both Final Placements as well as Summer Internships basis current and past data.
- Maintain the Offer letters database.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Carry out any other task assigned from time to time.

**Qualifications, Experience and Competency requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed school/university; Masters/ MBA would be an added advantage but not necessary
- 2-4 years of Experience/Similar background will be an add on Good written and spoken English and presentation skills
- Hands on approach and good in Microsoft Office - especially Excel, Power point and Word Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and constructive approach
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets with a keen eye on planning and execution
- Strong inter-personal skills, enthusiasm and positive attitude

**Remuneration**
- Compensation as per industry standards
- Benefits would be detailed in the final offer

**Job Types**: Regular / Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

- Overtime pay

- Haryana, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
