**Food Safety Compliance Auditor for retail outlets**

**Key Role**:
Working as a member of QA auditor, you will conduct food safety audit at all Kitchen outlets across Bangalore.

**Principle Accountabilities** include, but are not limited to:

- To plan & execute Food safety audits as per regulatory guidelines.
- Manages own work plans for the completion of audits within a determined timeframe, including schedule and workload
- Submission of audit report within 1 working day and Summarize audit findings
- Ensure the audit reports are reviewed by the HOD and post sharing of the report to the retail team
- To ensure to drive food safety and quality improvement and facilitate business growth across the retail outlets.
- Act as problem fixer and provide solution to the retails outlets on day to day challenges faced at outlet for quality
- Train the outlet team and conduct regular training in terms of Food saftey norms

**Preferred Qualifications**

1. Educational : Bachelors Degree in Food technology or Microbiology only

2. Trainings :Fostac Training mandatory ,HACCP trained

**Experience**:

- Verbal and written communication, analysis, strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving
- One year minimum of professional experience
- Willing to travel across Bangalore -good if you have a two wheeler
- Work requires 100% travelling all throughout the month

**Reports to**:
Quality Head QA & QC

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
