**Position: Human Resource cum Student Counselor**

Roles and Responsibilities
- Recruitment of staff as per requirement
- Managing online tutors and coordinating group sessions
- Visiting schools and colleges for recruitment and database
- Providing counseling to walk-in and others on courses and study abroad options
- Understanding student issues and its redressal
- Answering calls and resolving queries regarding the course provided.
- Systematic update of records as prescribed
- Regular follow up of leads and its update in records
- Reaching out to potential clients on time and converting them into a customer
- Responding to inquiries concerning courses and services provided by the organization
- Acquiring details of clients and updation on attendance cards
- Follow up old clients and and encourage them to join our courses
- Meet daily and monthly targets
- Regular at work
- Willing to extend availability beyond office hours
- Provide the right information to queries and bring in lead conversions

**Requirements**:

- Tele-calling experience ( desirable)
- Proficient in Malayalam and Communicative English ( Essential)
- Ability to switch communication styles
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Word and operating computers (Essential)
- Maintain a professional etiquette over phone and appearance
- Being free of any other distractions at work

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Kalamassery, Kochi, Kerala, Kochi - 683104, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Malayalam (required)

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
