**Job Title: Barista**

**Location**: HYDERABAD
**Reports to**: Café Manager / Shift Supervisor

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, brewed coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, and iced drinks, according to customer preferences.
- Ensure all beverages are made with high-quality ingredients and presented attractively.
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar area, including cleaning coffee machines, grinders, and workstations throughout the shift.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about the menu and specials.
- Operate cash registers and process customer payments accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and with a friendly attitude.
- Ensure all health and safety standards are followed, including food safety and cleanliness.
- Assist in the preparation and serving of baked goods, snacks, or other items if applicable.
- Keep track of inventory and help restock supplies as needed.
- Ensure a positive customer experience, promoting loyalty and repeat visits.

Qualifications:

- Previous barista or coffee shop experience preferred but not required.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about different coffee beans, brewing methods, and drink styles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
