Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista located in Bengaluru. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include taking and processing orders, operating coffee equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction by creating a welcoming environment. The Barista will also engage with customers to share knowledge about coffee and brewing techniques.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Barista and in Food Preparation
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Excellent Customer Service abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for coffee and knowledge of various brewing methods is a plus
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
