**Job description**

**Requirements and Responsibilities**:

- 1**-10 years of experience in recruiting** in Healthcare Industry for US companies or experience in US IT Recruiter Non IT Recruiter or International Call center
- **Previous Nurse, Physician or Lab technician recruiting experience**, preferred.
- Desire to pursue a career in healthcare recruiting/sales. Designing searches to target the right applicants. Using judgment in determining the best available applicants for open position with our clients who are mostly hospitals, health systems and homecare.
- Leveraging an applicant tracking system, job boards, and social media to maximize quality and quantity of applicants.
- **Capable of using Social Networking systems (Facebook, LinkedIn) (required)**.
- Documenting interview findings in an applicant tracking system to aid all recruiters in placing the applicant with a client.
- Obtaining necessary documentation of licenses and certifications, ensuring proper documentation in an applicant tracking system
- Self-confident, sales driven and able to successfully work in a highly competitive marketplace
- Excellent customer service, communication and negotiation skills
- Work during **US EST timings/India night shift**

Work Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

**Salary**: DOE Plus Commission

Timings: EST Timings Monday Friday (7:30PM to 4:30AM on IST)

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
