Job Title**:Senior Executive - Production Planning and Control (PPC)**
**Location: Kolkata, India**
**Department: Supply Chain**
**Reporting To: Procurement head**
**Experience
- Minimum 3 years**
**CTC- Upto 7 LPA**

Senior Executive - Production

**Requirements**:
1. **Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, or related fields.**

2. **3-5 years of relevant experience in production planning/control in the Skincare, Cosmetics, or FMCG industry.**

3. **Experience with third-party/contract manufacturing handling is a strong advantage**.

4. **Strong analytical and planning skills with a data-driven mindset.**

5. **Proficient in Microsoft Excel.**

6. **Excellent communication and coordination skills.**

7. **Ability to manage multiple SKUs (Stock Keeping Unit) and fast-paced product cycles.**

8. **Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), regulatory standards, and product compliance norms in skincare is a plus.**

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Develop and maintain production plans based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and lead times.**

2. **Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing partners, R&D, and logistics teams to ensure timely production and dispatch.**

3. **Create and track monthly and weekly production schedules for in-house and third-party manufacturers.**

4. **Monitor raw material and packaging inventory to avoid stock-outs and overstocking.**

5. **Track actual vs. planned production and report deviations, delays, and action plans.**

6. **Coordinate with vendors/CMOs (Contract Manufacturing Organizations) to ensure quality compliance and timely deliveries.**

7. **Ensure alignment of production plans with product launch calendars, marketing campaigns, and inventory health.**

8 **Drive cost optimization and reduce production cycle time through continuous process improvements.**

9. **Maintain all production documentation, including BOMs, production orders, and QC reports.**

10. **Liaise with QA/QC teams to ensure products meet regulatory and brand standards.**

11. **Work with cross-functional teams for NPD (New Product Development) planning and execution.**
