Sales representative should be able to manage sales within his defined region. The individual wil be responsible for achieving sales revenue through generating orders through clinical/operating room selling of the Patient Monitoring products & representing the organisation in accordance with its policies

**A Day in the Life**
- Achievement of volume objectives along with achievement of key product objectives for both primary and secondary numbers.
- Ensure right productivity and growth objectives for each member of the team.
- Successful launch of new products by right execution and implementation in the assigned area.
- Ensuring periodic validation and maintenance of customer/account data of each sales person.
- Maintain Core costumer relationship to ensure continuation of business.

**Must Have - Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor in / Engineering / Science
- MBA in Sales and Marketing
- Minimum 1-4 yrs sales experience in Concept Selling/ Medical Devices Selling is Mandatory
- Willing to travel extensively

**Nice to Have**
- Strong Interpersonal skills, with focused People/Customer/Result orientation.
- Strong grasp on the market a and understanding around the complexities, competition, customer preferences etc
- Ability to prioritize and execute as per the needs of the business and the current set of challenges
- Strong analytical skills (to understand local markets and customer needs) in order to develop region specific plans, strategies and tactics.
- Ability to quickly revector and improvise the business model if the current model is not yielding desired results
