**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop comprehensive lesson plans, teaching materials, and practice exercises for quantitative aptitude sessions targeting CAT and CUET exam preparation.

2. Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, workshops, and problem-solving sessions to help students understand and master quantitative concepts such as arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and data interpretation.

3. Administer regular assessments, quizzes, and mock tests to evaluate student progress and identify areas for improvement.

4. Provide personalized feedback and guidance to students to enhance their quantitative aptitude skills and exam performance.

5. Stay updated on the latest exam patterns, question formats, and quantitative aptitude trends relevant to CAT and CUET exams.

6. Collaborate with fellow instructors and academic team members to develop effective teaching strategies and curriculum enhancements.

7. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback for reporting purposes.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, etc.).

2. Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in quantitative aptitude for CAT and CUET exams.

3. Strong understanding of quantitative concepts and ability to simplify complex topics for students.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain mathematical concepts clearly and concisely.

5. Passion for teaching and helping students succeed in competitive exams.

6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

7. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

8. Proficiency in MS Office and educational technology tools/software.
