**Responsibilities**:

- Provide individualized attention and support to students to address their strengths and weaknesses.
- Administer and evaluate periodic assessments to track student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to students, helping them build confidence and overcome challenges.
- Stay updated on the latest CAT exam patterns, syllabus changes, and teaching methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Prior experience as a quantitative aptitude trainer or similar role in a reputable coaching institute.
- In-depth knowledge of CAT exam syllabus, pattern, and difficulty level.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students to achieve academic excellence.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Proficiency in MS Office and educational software/tools for content creation and delivery.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate students' schedules.

**Salary**: From ₹80,000.00 per month
