The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on quantitative, verbal, and logical reasoning skills for job aspirants. The trainer will design and develop curriculum materials, provide individualized mentorship, evaluate student progress, and offer feedback to help students improve their skills. The role also includes organizing workshops, participating in bootcamps, and collaborating with other trainers to ensure high-quality training delivery.Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in quantitative, verbal, and logical reasoning Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven ability to design and develop curriculum materials Experience in evaluating and providing feedback to students Capability to mentor and guide students individually Ability to work collaboratively with other trainers and staff Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, English, or a related field Experience in the education and training industry is a plus
