**We are hiring for Relationship Executive for Jalna Location.**
A passionate Relationship Executive to join our growing Fintech team. The Relationship Executive responsibilities include customer interaction.They are responsible for deepening our relationships with the existing clients by offering them loan.To be successful as a Field Officer Sales you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Learn details about our product.
- Initiating sales of Loan Products with potential customers.
- Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
- Onboarding of Relationship Executives
- Facilitating Loan Applications with Biometric authentication
- Bimonthly Visit to Borrowers
- Facilitating/Soft Nudge to DPD customers
- Coordination with State Leads/Central Team
- Achieve given monthly Targets.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
**Requirements and skills**
- Minimum qualification - HSC.
- Minimum of 6months to 1 year experience in Field Sales.
**Salary**: From ₹19,000.00 per month
