- Conduct regular inventory checks and audits.
- Ensure proper storage and handling to minimize wastage.
- Analyze food and beverage costs and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Ensure accurate pricing and portion control compliance.
- Collaborate with procurement and kitchen teams to optimize costs.
- Maintain detailed records of purchases, usage, and inventory.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly F&B reports.
- Identify trends and provide insights for operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Monitor and improve F&B control procedures.
- Work closely with chefs, procurement, and management to align on goals.
- Support the finance team with timely and accurate data.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
