**KRA\'s**:
1. Incorporation of new Companies & LLPs

2. E-filing of various forms including Annual Return and Annual Report of the Company

3. Maintaining various Statutory Registers and Records such as Register of Members, Share Transfer Register, Register of Directors, Register of Contracts u/s 301, Inter Corporate Investment Register u/s 372A & Minutes books

4. Preparation of Board, Annual General and Extra-ordinary general meeting minutes, notices

5. Change of Name, Registered office, Share capital, Object, Directorship of the Company and ROC compliance

6. Allotment, Split, Redemption of Share / Debenture Certificates

7. Independently handling Secretarial Compliance

8. Conversion of Private Limited Company into Limited companies & LLPs and vice versa

9. Issuance of Commercial Papers (CP) and Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs)

10.Other compliances as required under Companies Act, 2013

11. Due Diligence of Companies

12.Obtaining Prior Approval and preparation and submission of regular and annual disclosures as required under SEBI(Substantial Acquisition of shares and Takeover Regulations), 2011 and SEBI ( Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations),1992

13.Follow up with Regional Director, Official Liquidator and ROC officials for obtaining Amalgamation and merger order of group entity
