Here's how you'll contribute:

- Configure robotics processes using core workflow principles in an efficient way; ensure they are easily maintainable and easy to understand.
- Understand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
- Maintain proper documentation for the solutions, test procedures and scenarios during UAT and Production phase
- 5-8 years of relevant hands-on automation experience using AUTOMATION ANYWHERE
- Design, develop and deploy Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions using different tools,

design principles and conventions
- Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.
- Coordinate with process owners and business to understand the as-is process and design the automation process flow.
- Reviews work of development team.
- Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
- Keeps Solution Architect well informed of status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and Solution Architect.
- Ensures technical teams are contributing to an integrated code library.
- Owns the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project.
- Communicates and enforces coding standards Performs code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.
- Understands complex database concepts and effectively employs different database design techniques.
- Understands OO concepts and consistently applies them in client engagements.
- Understands browser / client specific compatibility issues.
- Conducts effective performance evaluations and mentor developers and senior developers through formal and informal channels.
- Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
- Perform Peer code Reviews and status reports of team members and addresses technical issues as appropriate.

**Skills required to contribute**:
**Mandatory Skills**:

- Overall, 4-8 years of IT experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant hands-on automation experience using Automation Anywhere.
- Hands on Experience in Automation Anywhere A360 version.
- Hands on Experience with web APIs integration with Automation Anywhere.
- Experience in assessing a broad range of information solutions and products particularly in Infrastructure design, ERP, CRM, Network, Security
- Document automation using Automation Anywhere.
- Ability to interpret and visualize business process flows and translate the same into automation solutions.
- Bot Deployment and Management/ Exposure to Control room and release management
- Basic DBMS skills and SQL skills.
- Document the proposed solution which includes a definition of the user interfaces, functional processes, and data within the proposed system.
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
- Good understanding of systems and troubleshooting abilities.
- Providing a superior level of experience and knowledge of the Automation Anywhere solution and associated methodology to support colleagues through all phases of delivery lifecycle.

**Nice to have skills**:

- Ability to conduct Cost/Benefit analysis
- Good exposure to error handling and recovery strategies in Automation Anywhere.
- Experience in programming in VB, C#,.NET is a good to have.
- Good knowledge on HTML and CSS concepts to understand the properties of web components for efficient and quick troubleshooting and analysis. Knowledge of local and global variables and interlinked tasks.
