Strategic Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with theorganization's overall goals and objectives, with a specific focus on the COE's area ofexpertise.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve HR processes and practices withinto enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts including recruitment strategies and succession planning.
- Training and Development: Ensure proper training and Development programs in an organisation for the overall growth of the employees.
- Performance Management: Create and manage end to end performance management for the entire organisation by conducting regular performance evaluation of individual employees to measure their progress towards meeting goals and achieving objectives
- Data Analysis: Use data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and to provide insights and recommendations to the organization regarding HR-related matters within the COE.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other HR leads, department heads, and senior management to ensure that the COE's HR functions support the organization's overall goals and strategies.

- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a team and drive results.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with the organization's strategic goals.
- Change Management: Experience in managing and leading change initiatives within the HR context.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address complex HR challenges.
**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year

- Gurugram, Haryana: Relocate before starting work (required)
