About the internship:
As an On-Field Marketing Intern at Ugaoo, located in Pune, you will have the opportunity to gain

hands-on experience in executing marketing strategies directly in the field. You will contribute to our

mission by spreading awareness, engaging with potential customers, and creating meaningful

connections through your efforts.

What are you expected to do?
- Assist in planning and executing on-field marketing activities, such as events, workshops,

and promotional campaigns.
- Engage with the public at various locations, introducing them to our plant offerings and

garden services.
- Distribute marketing materials, samples, and information about our company at targeted

locations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to collect data and insights from on-field interactions.
- Participate in capturing and documenting customer feedback and inquiries.
- Support the setup and coordination of marketing events and displays at public spaces and

events.
- Learn about customer preferences and trends by directly interacting with potential clients.
- Contribute ideas for creative ways to enhance brand visibility and engagement in the field.
- Assist in measuring and reporting the impact and success of on-field marketing initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- MBA students with specialization in Marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Oral & Written
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for marketing and customer engagement.
- Willingness to travel within Pune Region to various on-field locations
- Flexible availability to accommodate the internship duration

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
