**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle data entry, maintain records, and update databases using MS Office or other software.
- Make outbound calls to clients/customers to share information, collect data, or follow up.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Prepare and share daily or weekly reports as required.
- Support the team in routine administrative and office tasks.
- Coordinate with sales/marketing team to follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all company information.

**Requirements**:

- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills (Hindi / Gujarati / English as per need).
- Pleasant personality and ability to handle calls confidently.
- Minimum qualification: [12th pass / Graduate]

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
