**Position: Desktop Administrator**

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Must be a resident of Coimbatore
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years
- Ready to work in 24/7 rotational shift

**Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in Windows and macOS operating systems
- Proficient in desktop, laptop, and peripheral troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account management
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, etc.)
- Experience in software installation, patch management, and updates
- Familiarity with remote desktop support tools (TeamViewer, RDP, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of hardware repairs and replacements
- Expertise in printer and scanner troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of Windows Roaming Profiles, Folder Redirection, and File Server management
- Experience in McAfee Antivirus management
- Familiarity with IT asset management and inventory tracking
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server administration and SCCM (preferred)
- Understanding of IPv4, Switching, Routing, and Wireless management (added advantage)
- Basic Linux administration skills (a plus)

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
