**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the industrial machinery sector through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of machinery products.
- **Sales Negotiation**: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals while ensuring profitability for the company.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system; provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure client needs are met and products are delivered as promised.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in any discipline or related fields.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; ability to understand complex product specifications and convey these details to clients effectively.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
